Configuration
After the successful installation of the FedEx Shipping module, we need to configure FedEx credentials with different parameters.
There are different packaging types, service types, and drop-off type is available.
We can also configure the type of Label.
Here guideline is also provided for proper configure as per FedEx Support.
Based on the selected service type valid packaging type will display.
Price Calculation
Based on customer shipping address, product weight, and selected FedEx service system will fetch rate from FedEx.
Depends on the selection of shipping method system will fetch the rate and be applied on order. Users can also compare different FedEx service rates.
You can also apply the FedEx shipping method in the Backend Sale order.
Label Generation
In delivery orders, we can also use different packages and according to that FedEx, Shipping label will create.
After confirming the delivery order shipping label will generate and attached on record.
We can generate labels in PDF and PNG format. It depends on our configuration.
Track Shipment
We can track the shipment from the delivery order. The tracking button will redirect to the FedEx website for tracking status.
Customers can also track shipments on particular sale order records. By clicking on the tracking number, the system will be redirected to the FedEx website.
Multiple tracking links will display when multiple labels are generated.
Void Shipment
In any case, if the user wants to cancel the shipment then they can do it on a particular delivery record.
After cancel, if we want to again send to shipper then we have the option on the delivery record.
After click on that system will generate a new label and tracking number.

- One month free bug support period will be offered pertaining to any one server used, testing or live.

- This module is tested and working on Odoo vanilla with Ubuntu OS.
- Support services will be provided from Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST (Indian Standard Time).
- Support will not be provided during Indian public holidays or company holidays.
