Account Budget Alert / Warning
When you create a budget, you can set alerts so that purchase user and billing account users will get the Alert/Warning when estimated amount exceed a specified percentage of the budget.
This application allow the configuration for raise Alert/Warning in case budget limit will be exceeds at the time of create purchase order or vendor bill.

- Budgetary Positions: Define budgetary position on budget line.
- Planned Amount: Define Planned Amount.
- Analytic Account: Define Analytical Account.
Set Alert Types
If you want to provide the Alert or Warning message to the user if budget limit will be exceed you can set alert type on budget line (For expense).

- Ignore: Even if budget limit is exceeds it allows user to proceed.
- Warning: If budget limit is exceeds it gives the warning to the user.
- Restrict: If budget limit is exceeds it will restrict the user to process.
Allow Manager
When Alert type is Restrict, New option will be appears 'Allow Manager'. If you tick this option then system will allow managers to process.
- Allow 'Purchase Manager' to proceed while confirm purchase orders process even when budget limit exceeds.
- Allow 'Account Manager' to proceed while validate invoice process even when budget limit exceeds.
- Allow 'Purchase Manager' to proceed while confirm purchase orders process even when budget limit exceeds.
- Allow 'Account Manager' to proceed while validate invoice process even when budget limit exceeds.
Warning On Purchase Order
When Alert type is selected as Warning then it will generate warnings to purchase users on Confirm Order button when expense budget exceeds.

Alert On Purchase Order
Alert type is configured as restrict & Allow Manager boolean is True.
Purchase User will be restricted to move further.
It will allow purchase manager to process As we have configured 'Allow Manager' on budget line.

When Alert type is selected as Warning then it will generate warnings to Account Users on validate button when expense budget exceeds.
