Equipment Maintenance
This application provide functionality of manage equipment maintenance. Production person can put maintenance requests. During maintenance process manage inventory and invoicing of utilised materials. Auto mail sent before scrap equipment, contract expire and warranty expire period. Maintain equipment contract and checklists, useful in repair equipment. Auto calculate of MTBF, MTTR and Estimated next failure.

Configuration of Maintenance
Under configuration menu create and configured Maintenance team and configure team members.
Under configuration menu create and configured Equipment categories and we can find directly category wise equipment's and maintenance requests.

Dashboard
Maintenance Team Dashboard.
Dashboard is quite useful by which we can redirect to equipment requests and also can check the status on dashboard by team wise.

Equipment
Under Equipment's menu we can configure equipment's, also we can track equipment's maintenance requests. System will notify before 5 days to responsible person and maintenance team members for equipment scrap date and warranty period.

We can see list of checklist which is group by equipment and also we can update checklist.
Service Contract
Under menu of Equipment's we can configure different service contract of equipment's. System will notify before 5 days to responsible person and maintenance team members for expire service contract.
Maintenance Request
In work order, production person can put maintenance request of equipment's.
By clicking on "Maintenance Request" button we can generate maintenance request.
In manufacturing order, production person can put maintenance request for work centre equipment's.
User can track equipment maintenance requests as we configure stages of equipment maintenance.
During repair process we can update utilised parts and services by which we manage inventory and accounting.
By clicking on "Create Invoice" button we can generate invoice for repair equipment.
We can see equipment repair invoice.
MTTR, MTBF & Estimated next failure
MTBF is called Mean time between failure (User define).
Estimated Next Failure = Last request close date (maintenance request) + MTBF (User define)
MTTR (Mean time to repair) = (Request close date - Request failure date) / Number of Requests
Estimated Next Failure = Last request close date (maintenance request) + MTBF (User define)
