Repair Service - Customer Feedback
The Feedback system is an important tool for service agency to understand customer service feedback, likes/dislikes and their brand expectation. Using our Feedback module, customers can provide feedback for every ticket they've raised, with service rating and comments.
With the help of this module, the companies can improve their services from the customer feedback.
Key Features
Configuration
To configure email template on ticket stages, go to Helpdesk/Configuration/Tickets/Stages.
Configure survey email template on 'Solved' stage.
Select survey in ticket
If select 'Survey' boolean is ticked then survey mail will be sent to the customer when ticket is solved.
Survey email
Customer receive survey mail for their feedback.
Rating and description
Customers can rate and provide their feedback from survey mail link.
Detailed survery
With 'Send More Feedback' button, customers can fill the feedback form.
Survey and Rating on Ticket
The customer survey feedback and rating is automatically reverted back to the company.

- All the apps are to be purchased separately, for individual versions and individual edition.

- Support will not be provided during Indian public holidays or company holidays.
