SIF Specifications: Salary Information File (SIF) - is the file of the predefined structure and format, containing the information needed for salary payment transaction processing (transferring salary from Payer account to employee) and other information
This application helps you generate the SIF file which requested by banks to transfer the salary
Key Features
Generate Payroll SIF Report in Payslip Batches.
Generate Payroll SIF report based on employee department, job position, for all employees.
Select Company Account when print SIF file.

To Configure bank account on employee following this menu sequence
Employees -> Employees
To Configure SIF details on employee following this menu sequence
Employees -> Employees
To Configure Company Registry number on company following this menu sequence
Settings -> Users & Companies -> Companies
To Configure Routing Code on bank following this menu sequence
Settings -> Bank
Generate Payroll Batch SIF Report
After generate payslip in payslip batch click on "Generate SIF" button
Payroll -> Payroll Batches
Select Company Account and click on Print button
SIF File
Generate SIF report with Employee wise, Department wise, Job position wise and all employee wise
After select target group click on "SIF Report" button
Payroll -> SIF
Select Company Account and click on Print button
