SMS for Return Merchandise Authorization
SMS Messages for RMA are sent through SMS Gateway. This modules provides options to send the SMS to a perticular client or it can be configured for all clients.
This module is compatible with
Status configuration for automated SMS in every stage.
To send SMS to all customers, tick 'Turn on SMS by default' boolean.
SMS Gateway configuration :
1) Odoo: If you select option as 'Odoo' then SMS Gateway processes as per Odoo standard functionality.
2) Other: If you select this option, then select configured custom SMS Gateway.
SMS Enabled in Customer View
To enabled SMS configuration, Go toSales/Orders/Customers
Tick 'SMS Service Enabled' boolean, the SMS will be sent to that perticular customer.
SMS Template & Stage Configuration
To Configure SMS Template for RMA, Go to Sales/After-Sales Service/RMA SMS
Configure the RMA status and its 'Automated Answer SMS Template' field.
Automated SMS will be sent as per configured stage.

- Please refer the document for configuration. If any support is needed for module configuration, installation, updating or any help is needed, it will be considered in paid support.
- Please note that you are not allowed to distribute or resell this module after purchase.
- This module is tested and working on Odoo vanilla with Ubuntu OS.
- Support services will be provided from Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST (Indian Standard Time).
- Support will not be provided during Indian public holidays or company holidays.
Once the user has seen at least one product this snippet will be visible.
