Repair Service - Estimation

A repair shop or a service centre need to evaluate a repair or a service job and provide estimation to the customer. This module is integrated with the job work ticket, so the estimation for a particular ticket is given to the customer directly or through email. The customer can accept or reject the estimation sent through email with just a click button provided in the mail. In addition the functionality of an e-signature is also provided to confirm the estimation. The estimation acceptance or rejection is directly reflected on the backend side.

Key Features

     Allows to create estimation/quotation from the ticket.
     Multiple estimation can be created from a single ticket.
     The estimation can be sent through email with Accept/Reject button.
     The customer can accept or reject the estimation with just a click button provided in the mail.                 
     Accept/Reject intimation is directly sent to the repair service centre through email.
     The ticket estimation with line items are directly converted to invoice.

Ticket Estimation

Through 'Estimate' button create a new estimation for a ticket.

Estimation View

Fill required estimation details.

Send Estimation

Click on 'Send By Email' button to send estimation to the customer.

Estimation - Email View

The estimation link can be accessed and viewed through 'Sign and pay online' button from the quotation mail sent to the client.

The client can verify the quotation details and confirm it with accept or reject button. On accepting the quotation e-signature is required for the further confirmation.

Accept Estimation

The client can verify the quotation details and confirm it with accept or reject button. On accepting the quotation e-signature is required for the further confirmation.

Reject Estimation

The customer can reject the quotation with the 'Reject' button and mention his concerned reason.
