Saudi HR: IQAMA Service
An IQAMA is a residence permit issued to those expatriates who arrive in KSA on an employment visa
To bring your family to stay in KSA permanent basis, you need to apply for the permanent family visa of your family base on your IQAMA.
Employee IQAMA request
Employee can put request to bring his/her family member in KSA.So Employee put request in system and our HR officer can validate the request.
Required Documents
Employee need to submit related document to HR Responsible Officer.Here we already mention required documents for process. After receive all document HR Officer approve request and processor in Government.
Stored IQAMA Number
HR Officer will update IQAMA number and expiry date once he/she will get IQAMA, notify to Employee.
Expiry Notification
Before 10 days of expiry system will send mail and notify to renew the IQAMA. System will change status to Need to Renewal
Notes:
- All the apps are to be purchased separately, for individual versions and individual edition.

- Please note that you are not allowed to distribute or resell this module after purchase.
- This module is tested and working on Odoo vanilla with Ubuntu OS.
- Support services will be provided from Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST (Indian Standard Time).
- Support will not be provided during Indian public holidays or company holidays.
