Customer Wallet
This Application provides the functionality of E-wallet. They can be used for online purchases and store complete user information including credentials, transaction history, and personal details.
Key Features
- Customer can credit amount using online payment acquirer in his wallet and account.
- E-wallet credits can be used for customer future purchases.
- E-wallet Transaction history will be maintained for both credits and debits done in different payment acquirer medium.
Configuration
Allow option 'Automatic Invoice(Generate the invoice automatically when the order is confirmed)' in website setting.
Add Money - Customer Wallet
When portal customer login with the system option is available to add money in customer E-wallet on website.
Online Payment
Customer can use different Online payment acquirer for E-wallet recharge. Here We have recharge E-wallet with Stripe payment.
Pay Using Wallet - Online Order
Customer can use E-wallet credit for online order payment.
Order Invoice Payment
The system will create the advance payment for customer with transaction details. They use wallet credit for order invoice payment.
Wire Transfer Payment - Manually
Customer can pay with Wire Transfer for E-wallet recharge. So they recharge will not be done process
Whenever Customer Generate the E-wallet transaction with Wire Transfer and process in pending. So Responsible person will do transaction Manually in backend side.
A responsible person has rights to Multiple draft E-wallet transaction process will be done the transaction in backend side.
Check Balance Availability
Portal customer can see his Balance Availability details on website and Backend also.
Backend Side Directly Recharge
From Backend side directly recharge user wallet.
Reports Statistics
Customer E-wallet Statistics reports.
Notes:
- All the apps are to be purchased separately, for individual versions and individual edition.
- One month free bug support period will be offered pertaining to any one server used, testing or live.
- Synconics is only responsible for providing the module zip file on your registered email, purchased from our app store or directly through our company.
- Synconics is not responsible for installation or updating of the module on any of your server.
- If an error appears in our app due to other custom modules installed in your system or if Odoo base source code is not updated on your system, to make it compatible with your source code, we'll charge you for our efforts to resolve those errors and make the module compatible with your source code.
- Please refer the document for configuration. If any support is needed for module configuration, installation, updating or any help is needed, it will be considered in paid support.
- Please note that you are not allowed to distribute or resell this module after purchase.
- This module is tested and working on Odoo vanilla with Ubuntu OS.
- Support services will be provided from Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST (Indian Standard Time).
- Support will not be provided during Indian public holidays or company holidays.
