Portal User Leaves

This application provides functionality for the portal user to allow create new leave request as per his/her leave balance, can update leaves and also able to see leave status and summary. No need to give user access at backend side.



 Key Features

     Portal user can Create, Edit and Delete Leaves.
     Portal User can easily use from view and List view.
     Portal User can easily use reset a leaves at draft stage again and confirm.
     Employee can Summarize Leaves.
     Search Leaves by Leave Type and Employee.
     Filter Leaves by Type.
     Filter No need to create Internal User to Employee. Only by portal user you can manage leaves.
     Portal user is a employee manager then portal side access provide leave approved, refuse and reset to draft all child employees.                 


 Configuration

At the time of users creation portal user rights will be given to them.

             


 User Assignation with an Employee

After users creation users will be related to their respected employees.

 User Edit Timezone From Website

Portal users can manage their Timezone from the website portal.

             


 Leaves Management From Website

Portal users can manage their Leaves from the website portal.

             


 List of Leaves From Website

All Leaves will be displayed as a List view to a respected portal user.

             


 Leaves Summary From Website

Portal users can see their Leaves Summary from the website portal.

             


 Create a New Leave

Portal users can create a Leave by clicking on "Create a New Leave" button.

             


 Edit Leaves

Portal users can easily edit contents like, Description, Leave Type, From Date, To Date etc.

             


In case of any mistake portal users can again reset their leaves by clicking on "Reset to Draft" button.

             


Portal users can confirm Leaves by clicking on "Confirm" button.

             


As per the configuration done,When double approval is required for a requested then user will be also notified for that.

             


 Delete Leaves

Portal users can delete Leaves by clicking on Delete icon.

Note: Portal user can not delete leaves which are already approved by a leave manager.

             


 Apply GroupBy on Leaves

             


Portal users can group their Leaves by type like, Legal Leaves 2019, Overtime Compensation.

             


Search Functionality

Portal users can search Leaves from their Leaves records.

             


Portal users can search Leaves by their Leaves Type like, Overtime Compensation.

             



Message and Communication History

Portal users can coordinate with their leave manager easily in case of any issue will occur.

             


 Leaves Summary From Website

Portal users can see their Leaves Summary from the website portal. It describe total allocated leaves like, Taken Leaves, Remaining Leaves, Virtual Remaining Leaves etc.
