Repair Service - Ticket From Lead
You can easily convert your CRM leads to ticket, contacts and opportunity.
To generate Lead, Go to CRM/Leads/Leads
Fill all necessary information in lead view.
Automatically collect all necessary information from the lead and creates its ticket.
In Ticket origin is automatically set as "Lead" to distinguish ticket created from lead.
Monitor and Measure Lead Ticket's Performance
Go to Helpdesk/Reports/Tickets.
Make an in-depth analysis of your lead ticket performance through the pivot and graph views.
- All the apps are to be purchased separately, for individual versions and individual edition.
- One month free bug support period will be offered pertaining to any one server used, testing or live.

- This module is tested and working on Odoo vanilla with Ubuntu OS.
- Support services will be provided from Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST (Indian Standard Time).
- Support will not be provided during Indian public holidays or company holidays.
