Repair Service - Ticket Number Sequence
At some point, you may need to change the sequence of numbers on your tickets.
This module will track and identify the type of ticket and will accordingly assign a unique id to the ticket that can be useful in segregation and identification. The numbering system will be based on dynamic configuration which will be alphanumerical.

Go to Helpdesk/Configuration/Tickets/Types.
Configure ticket sequence on ticket type.

When create new ticket and configure ticket type, ticket sequence generate as per ticket type sequence.

- All the apps are to be purchased separately, for individual versions and individual edition.
- One month free bug support period will be offered pertaining to any one server used, testing or live.

- This module is tested and working on Odoo vanilla with Ubuntu OS.
- Support services will be provided from Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST (Indian Standard Time).
- Support will not be provided during Indian public holidays or company holidays.
