Repair Service - Sales Warranty SMS

Sales warranty SMS messages are sent through SMS Gateway. This modules provides options to send the SMS to a perticular client or it can be configured for all clients. The SMS module also provides functionality to send multiple reminders for warranty renewal before the expiry date.

Configuration option available for sending sales warranty SMS's to all or individual clients.

Warranty SMS template configuration option available for every stage.

Warranty reminder SMS sent to customers before warranty expiration.

Warranty expired SMS's sent to customer.

Configuration

Status configuration for automated SMS in every stage.
To send SMS to all customers, tick 'Turn on SMS by default' boolean.
SMS Gateway configuration:
1) Odoo: If you select option as 'Odoo' then SMS Gateway processes as per Odoo standard functionality.
2) Other: If you select this option, then select configured custom SMS Gateway.

SMS Enabled in Customer View

To enabled SMS configuration, Go to Sales/Orders/Customers
Tick 'SMS Service Enabled' boolean, the SMS will be sent to that particular customer.

SMS Template & Stage Configuration

To configure warranty SMS template, Go to Sales/Warranty/Warranty SMS
Configure the warranty stage and its 'Automated Answer SMS Template' field.
Automated SMS will be sent as per configured stage.

This module is tested and working on Odoo vanilla with Ubuntu OS.
