Repair Service - Appointment Scheduling
Syncdesk lets you schedule tickets and Appointment automatically for tasks that have to be done on a recurring basis.
Recurring Appointment Configuration
In Contract configure Appointment Duration, Recurring Interval, Recurring Unit, Recurring Number, First date for start Recurring.
|Recurring Appointment:||If Recurring Appointment is True then you can create schedule action for appointment.|
|Appointment Duration:||Define Appointment duration for Appointment.|
|Recurring Interval:||Recurring Interval means how often the Recurring Ticket will get created based on Recurring unit.|
|Recurring Number:||Recurring Number means maximum Number of time the Recurring Ticket .|
|Recurring Unit:||Recurring Unit means how often the Recurring Ticket and Appointment will get created.|
|First Date:||Recurring start Date.|
When Contract in Open State automatically created Recurring Schedules based on Configuration.
Schedule date wise create the ticket and it's appointment.
